Starchaser March Update

STARCHASER ENTERS RUSSIA

Starchaser CEO Steve Bennett exchanged the snow blizzards of Manchester for the frigid conditions of Moscow during his recent trip to Russia.

Over his three day visit Steve was engaged in a number of meetings with a view to sourcing various space artefacts for Starchaser’s growing Educational Outreach Programme in collaboration with the School of Sciences at the University of Salford.

In other meetings Steve spoke with leading space suit and life support system manufacturers to discuss Starchaser’s future requirements for equipment to be used aboard Starchaser’s Thunderstar three man spacecraft.

“I found the Russian scientists friendly and easy to talk with, they seem to share our vision and enthusiasm for space exploration” said Steve.

This was Steve’s second trip to the former communist capital having carried out a range of Cosmonaut training activities in nearby Star City towards the end of 2002
Steve plans to take Russian language lessons in a bid to become more fluent in further meetings and negotiations to be held later this spring.
