Armadillo Aerospace News Update

New motor drive board finished – transistor version works like a charm. Didn’t have lift on Saturday (didn’t know we’d be quite ready for it), but we fired the engine at low pressure – worked great. Ordering the lift for Tuesday, will attempt hover. Differential pressure transducer still not back from Omega (they aren’t telling us its status), so we probably won’t be doing a boosted hop until we get it back. Hopefully that will be soon.

Also, wound engine re-wrapped with fiberglass to cover all cracks and reinforce. We’ll probably be refiring that soon, possibly on Tuesday if we have time after the hover operations.
