Khrunichev Exhibiting at Paris Air Show Opened Today

47th International aerospace exhibition -Paris Air Show -2007, set to run from 18 to 24 June, was officially opened today at Le Bourget near Paris, France. Many officials, global business and aerospace industry leaders took place in the solemnly opened ceremony. Khrunichev’s official delegation led by Khrunichev general director Vladimir Nesterov also took part in the ceremony.

The next seven days are expected to be of a special interest for numerous aerospace specialists and other visitors. It is the week that will include the major events of the exhibition: the participants will demonstrate the latest innovations in airspace technology, will announce their intentions to expand and deepen cooperation and sign new contracts.

Khrunichev State Research and Production Space Center is a regular participant of the Paris Air Show. Khrunichev’s stand is a part of Russia’s aerospace industry exposition arranged under auspices of Russian Space Agency.

This year exhibition will mark the first time that Khrunichev recently reorganized into a holding company will show the widest ever diversity of its products and services offered both by its core enterprises and new branches – four Russia’s major launch vehicles and spacecraft component manufacturers from Moscow and other cities of the Russian Federation that joined Khrunichev as branches in February this year.
