Final training sessions were held for Expedition Crew 15 near Moscow. Spaceflight Participant Charles Simonyi also had his final preparations.

Prime crew members Fyodor Yurchikhin (RSC Energia) and Oleg Kotov (RGNII GCTC) familiarized themselves with a set of tools to perform the works on hardware maintenance and repairs, the need for which may arise in the course of flight.

The Soyuz TMA-10 is intended to be launched on April 7 and will rendezvous with the International Space Station ISS on April 9. Expedition Crew 15 will replace two members of the 14th crew, Michael Lopez-Alegria and Mikhail Tyurin. Sunita Williams, currently member of Expedition Crew 14, will then be reassigned to Crew 15.

Space Tourist Simonyi, together with Lopez-Alegria and Tyurin will then return to Earth onboard Soyuz TMA-9 on April 20 after a successful mission with remarkably many EVAs and the resuming of the ISS construction.
