XCOR Aerospace Receives Launch License

chabot imageToday at the Space Access conference in Phoenix, Arizona, XCOR Aerospace announced it has received a Reusable Launch Vehicle mission license from the FAA’s Office of Commercial Space Transportation (AST). This license is the second granted by AST, the first was issued to the American SpaceShipOne X PRIZE Team.

While XCOR is not competing in the X PRIZE, they do plan to participate in the followon X PRIZE CUP. The X PRIZE Foundation congratulates them on this significant step forward.
