Well, congrats for this team, but I think they are too late... but that's just my opinion.
But it may always create some extra customers for them if they where listed as an x-prize team or to be part of the x-cup. Not all companies chasing to put humans into space are competing for the x-prize, an other company planning to put people in space in 5 years http://www.spacex.com/ is not an x-prize competitor. That's why I keep checking also other companies for their newest developments and not only the X-Prize Sigurd http://hhboard12.free.fr/Sigurd/index.html |

Space Transport Corporation (STC) was founded by Eric Meier and Phillip Storm. Both gentlemen appear to be in their 20's and have learned the lesson that corporate bureaucracy stifles innovation.
