4. Shuttle service to the launch site.

Admission into Post-launch festivities.

I went out to the airport today on my motorbike ...... I can't imagine what it will be like around there if this thing is pulled off!
I wouldn't worry about not getting close enough to the launch site......
This country is flaaaaaat! elev= 2280 asl ..no trees over 40' high.
I may set my lawn chairs and cooler on my roof.
I wonder what frequency Davinci will be transmitting on .. I have a good scanner.
Local traffic is 122.800mhz.
I'm thinking I should set up a beer gardens and bring my P.A./sound system.... We could play Prism's " Spaceship Superstar!

i think you're our only member up in that area. we're expecting lots of high-res pics and detailed journaling before the launch . if you can cover it on xprizenews.org it would be great, so go sign up and sigurd'll get you an account .

And no, I have no money to be plane hopping to Kindersley... unfortunately If I had money and time, I'd be going to Mojave and Kindersley and *************[REMOVED BY ADMIN (sigurd), shouldn't be public (not related to xprize)]... but both money and time are scarce for me, especially when I'm stuck way down in Florida, at least 2000 miles from anything going on with the x prize hehe

how all could go wrong and come crashing down... check out their website for the story..

Dave, did you get my last PM? An error keeps coming up so I'm not sure if it went through or not... I'm going to have to keep bugging sigurd to fix that...

"all errors" should be ignorred, all messages are sent, the error is only "after it's sent".

I'm not able to fix it, but the webmasters at the xprize organization will fix it in time.. (a new website change is coming soon with main site white background and also this forum)

I have taken thousands of great pics and have worked in radio(interviews ,live broadcasts/print/ and done cable t.v. interviews.... I am I in?...... what do I do?

There is a link that says to register if you're interested in being a reporter for the site.

Its no $ either way, you don't pay to join, but the job is strictly on a volunteer basis. It's fun though, knowing that you are posting something that hundreds of people will read.
