The design contest is still open, if someone creates a better design before the end of july, then we'll change it ;)

Looks good, Sigurd!

Wordpress works nicely for it!

I'd love to see a media links section. There we could find videos of launches, or interviews or whatever.

How does a person post news in the new site? I suppose it's not still through blogspot.com..or is it?

It's all hosted on the xprizenews.org webspace, so no other service as blogspot.com.

I've used the wordpress opensource code and modified it, everyone who wants to become a news reporter can registrate on the about page:
http://www.xprizenews.org/about.php

It's also on that page, you'll have to go to login to acces the newsreporters place.

I'll try to remember it for the next update :)

I'm still a bit curious about how this works, I've registered as a news reporter on the site, but when I login, it takes me to my profile, and the only other option on the page is to go to 'view site', but no button or anything to actually post stuff. Did I miss something? Does it do that because I declined to fully fill out the profile thing?

I think you have some problems with your eye's 8)

Nah, just joking, It's a magic mannager :) you'll have to fly into space before you can post :)

Oke.. oke.. sorry. if you're not a believer... the truth is ;) when you registrate you have acces level "0", I've raised your acces rights to level 1.
Now you'll be able to post ;)
