Because it contains gems like:

"The reason it's hard to get to orbit isn't that space is high up.

It's hard to get to orbit because you have to go so fast."

and

"You could get a person to space with a small sounding rocket the size of a telephone pole."

The whole write-up is actually a fairly good explanation of orbital speed for a non-technical person. Maybe some of the N-Prize teams should read it, but it might give them the wrong impression that it's easy to reach space. :)
