Monroe, how did the UAV drop go yesterday, or did you do it on Monday?
I looked at the 2 links you posted, and they are very interesting. However, I'm a bit confused about how these are considered Team Prometheus missions. The drone mission was NTNS-2, and it seemed to be run by Larry Grater. I didn't see any mention of Team Prometheus for NTNS-2 or NTNS-1. The other link for the Robot Rising mission indicates that this was designed and built by Caleb Anderson. In other web sites he does mention that you and Stew provided the hydrogen and helped with the mission along with several other people. I don't understand how this is even remotely similar to the proposed NSE-14 mission that you and Stew described in another thread. You were planning on launching a rocket on that mission. Did Team Prometheus ever do that mission? It's been almost 2 years since it was announced. |

We are involved in both teams those guy's are on our team too. Why worry about that anyway? We are collecting the data and working on projects with other teams indeed.
We are right there in the whole thing so yeah it's part of what the team is doing of course! Anyway no the mission you mentioned was scrubbed. Obviously, we have a few more things going on comming up. Sure we changed the mission when we scrubbed and Caleb joined us with his mission. Yes, actually we launched this morning. I'll have some new stuff from the NTNS-3 mission tonight. Yes, we are pooling resources with other teams. It's still our's too. Monroe We are working with 3DR and the Ardupilot as well as the Ardurocket code/hardware. Should be a great spring summer this year plenty going on. I've got my own plane to drop and a quadcopter too. The tracker and some other cool stuff with our complete ground control. I've got a few years left to do all the stuff we want to do I hope. So if were not doing something you like right now. Dont worry we will get around to it 5-Axis CNC Project going on right now. So we can make turbines so gotta go! _________________ Today's the day! I was kinda hoping that you would try winning the N-Prize, but I guess that's out of the question now with all the other things you are working on. There's only about 6 months left until the N-Prize deadline, unless it get's extended once again.

The plan is to get to space! It takes a lot more than want to get there. Like it matters when we do it. I've invested way too much to worry about how long it will take. That we do it is all that really matters.
We have a whole lot of really cool stuff all of it we need. Everything we are involved with does nothing but help our cause. Besides I have to go where the money is. That get's us forward. Monroe Hell, I'm havin fun anyway! _________________ Today's the day! We go into Space! |
