RIP Neil Armstrong
On 11 December of this year it will be exactly 40 years since humans last landed on the moon. _________________ Heavier-than-air flying machines are impossible. - Lord Kelvin, 1892 |

I had always wanted to meet Neil Armstrong. I have met three moon-walkers: Buzz Aldrin, Ed Mitchell, and Jack Schmidt. I got to talk to them quite a bit - especially Ed Mitchell who is my favorite astronaut. I've been in the same room with several other moon-walkers at Kennedy Space Center.
Neil Armstrong was cool. I imagine in his next life, he'll end up being one of the first to live in the Moon Colony |
