Where to live on the Moon!!!

I think one of the nearest lava tubes to the pole. Just like on earth, could be a source of water (ice) protection from radiation, and if located near a high point, a structure could be built that extends up into the sunlight for energy collection and to avoid 'cabin fever' effects of living underground.

Mirrors directing the sunlight down into the lava tube could provide additional lighting below.
