"remember me" not working

 "remember me" not working Posted on: Wed Jul 08, 2009 4:16 pmat least, i don't think it is. i haven't checked cookies but since i cleared them the website has failed to keep me logged in over multiple sessions, leading me to assume that whatever the "remember me" cookie is supposed to do isn't happening.

Re: "remember me" not working Posted on: Thu Jul 09, 2009 7:34 am I just tested the feature and it seems to work, also I didn't had to login this morning. However different PC different browser could always experience different problems. Could you login with the remember me box, close the browser (make sure all the browser instances areclosed with ctrl-alt del) and then try again to see if you're logged in ?

Re: "remember me" not working Posted on: Thu Jul 09, 2009 4:23 pm hm working today, i'm pretty sure i'm not just crazy... wonder what was going on yesterday. maybe the remember me cookie doesn't start working until after you close and reopen your browser upon first being placed... i dunno.

Re: "remember me" not working Posted on: Wed Jul 22, 2009 4:28 pm Mine wasn't working at all, which is why I haven't posted since the upgrade. I deleted all of the spacefellowship cookies and tried again today, and it looks to be working now.

Re: "remember me" not working Posted on: Thu Jul 23, 2009 12:47 pm The login issue is an issue with the old phpbb cookies and the new phpbb, we're unable to force delete the old cookies, even by setting the expiration date to 0, the structure remains. Cleaning the cookies fixes the login issue.
