Well you see, I just read this article here: http://www.phys.ufl.edu/~det/phy2060/heavyboots.html and thought it sounded rather incredible, so I wanted to independently verify the results. Since I'm too lazy to actually phone up a bunch of random strangers, I made this poll (well, first I asked some people in irc, and got 3 wrong answers to 7 right answers, but the quality of that result is questionable).

I would like to have this poll answered by a large number of random people, not just a bunch of space geeks - but I don't feel it would be appropriate to spam the link in lots of communities where I have no prior connection, and I don't frequent any sites other than gaming or technology sites (except facebook, and I posted the link there, but a lot of my friends on that site are geeks), so it seems I'm a bit out of luck.

Cool, and I have a few more wrong answers now (posted the link on the dn.no also). Still 85% correct though, so I think people in general are a lot smarter than the article gives them credit for.
