Orbitcities will retrace moon's rotation at different orbits in the same plane as the moon-earth system. People will live and commute between them on spacecrafts. These spacecrafts will consist of simple pressurized cab, magnetizable floor, tiny rocket engines for maneuvering, and sits for passengers. They will fly into the pass of orbitcities and land on the long magnetic lanes to become assimilated with the city. To leave the city the spacecrafts will be placed at the end of the same magnetic lanes to accelerate.

Higher orbital stations will have to develop at the expense of moon’s material resources. The system’s kinetic energy will be maintained by the exchanges of the reusable blanks at high velocities between earth, stations, and moon. If the net mass exchange to the moon and back is 1:1 than blanks are seldom used. Traveling from LEO to moon and back can be nearly 100% efficient (i.e., nearly zero propellants and energy are consumed, -very clean). Travel to the moon consumes energy, while travel from the moon replenishes it.

The ‘LEO-ring’ will be in the form of a complete ring around the circumference of earth. That ring will consist of multiple parallel ringlets that will spin in the same direction with progressing speeds. The ringlets will be coupled to each other with frictionless couplers. The busses will jump onto slow spinning ringlet, accelerate first, and go-on to the next ringlet. The most outer rings will exceed LEO velocity and keep the whole ring apparatus taut and thus prevents it from collapsing. In the atmosphere the busses will transported on dirigibles to station(s) that will be also lighter than air. From those floating stations the busses will use magnetic-lanes to accelerate and to fly through thin layer of earth’s atmosphere on its kenetics. After the atmosphere the buses will travel with suborbital speed through airless space to LEO-ring, bind with the LEO-ring's low energy ringlet, then go through other ringlets of increasing energy, and finally eject towards low energy orbital-city. Same busses may be used to travel on the surfaces of earth, moon, space, and within orbital cities. The same logic may apply to nonhuman transport of like trucks, and trains.
