Launching 200kg orbital payloads with WhiteKnight 2

I'm not sure if that topic was discussed or not. But just in case, here's the summary:

In 2008 it has been said that WK2 can launch a one-man-vehicle into LEO.
In so far much more than 200 kg is possible. May be that 200 kg fit best or optimally into the market situation. Perhaps 200 kg are cost-optimal for Virgin Galactic. Dipl.-Volkswirt (bdvb) Augustin (Political Economist) |
