Wow, to think that only eight months ago nearly everyone here was deriding and booing Scaled Composites for being too big a company to fit in with the X-Prize. In fact, I remember being nearly the only one to support Scaled after their first flight, everyone was so happy that they had that buffeting problem they were hoping it would knock them out of the running. That's certainly changed now, SC seems like the most popular team here. I guess that makes sense, seeing as how they're going to be the first through the door of private space travel, hopfully with more to follow.

speaking of links in profiles.... we need a blog graphic, if someone wants to photoshop something up, i'll turn it into a cool 3d thing, and maybe do an ani-gif if i can find software for it.
