What about the suggestion the article "Out There: Space Traffic Control System Needed" ( www.space.com/news/081109-space-traffic.html ) tells about?
Quote: Just as airlines work under an air traffic control system, it's time for a space traffic management system, some experts say. There may be another thread where it fits bet in but it has to do with regulations - so I for now posted it here. What about the approach? Dipl.-Volkswirt (bdvb) Augustin (Political Economist) |
