Arianespace Inc. (the US office, (202) 628-3936). told me today that "Ariane no longer offers the Auxiliary Payload service, although they are considering offering it again in the future."
Scrub these attractive ideas (for now). Apparently Ariane is willing to give up on future space markets and focus on their “Big†|

Arianespace again offers their program but flying onboard Soyuz instead of Ariane 5.

That's still a lot of weight if you ask me. Now i wonder about the prices. Cheaper then a falcon 1 launch?

A telephone call from Arianespace headquarters today (prompted by yesterday's call to their New York office) informed me of PRICING for their planned “Auxiliary Payloadâ€
