According to an article of the newsticker of www.welt.de I found a few moments ago Russia and India have closed an agreement on improved or enhanced research of the Moon.
The agreement concerns lunar missions until 2017. There will be a probe and a lunar lab. Russia constructs the lander, the rover and the scince-complex while India adds the rocket and the flight capsule. Dipl.-Volkswirt (bdvb) Augustin (Political Economist) |

In between the article "Russia and India to Fly Lunar Mission" ( www.space.com/includes/iab.html?url=/in ... nshot.html ) is reporting about it also but sounds a bit different.
Under www.welt.de there is a new article about in between. According to that article the CEO of ISRO has said that in 2020 possibly there may be a manned lunar mission lastung two to four weeks. Dipl.-Volkswirt (bdvb) Augustin (Political Economist) |
