Who do you think will be the next to land on the moon with a crew? Do you think that NASA will achieve it or will they be overtaken?
Or are the costs too high for a single nation to do it? _________________ "The hardest hurdle to space isn't the technicalities and money. But rather, the courage and the will to do it." - Burt Rutan. |

The know how to go to the Moon already exists, so the only barrier is money. And the US government still has the most money. So I say NASA. But maybe with extensive help from private companies, like delivery of components to LEO by Falcon 9 or whatever.

Yeah, the Americans have the means and they are beginning to rediscover the will. I guess Russia and Europe have the next best shout. Its just a beaurocratic obstacle course in Europe, and Russia has more earthly priorities. China? Get out of town. They would kill their entire astronaut corps trying it with their 1950's Soviet hand-me-downs. I like this one http://www.blueridgeairlines.com/products299536.html No other spaceship has so many flashing lights, shag carpet and auxilliary dildo in the cockpit.
