What I mean is that when there have been a lot of SFS news postings, they take up all the space in the 'Latest Forum Posts' section. This is the bit I use to check for, well, all the latest posts - but I'm not overally interested in the SFS news, but more in the postings from forum members rather than the forum postings itself.
Could the SFS news stuiff be excluded from the Latest Forum Posts section? James |

Humm, yes that can be annoying, I agree.
I'll see what I can do next weekend about this. _________________ Heavier-than-air flying machines are impossible. - Lord Kelvin, 1892 |

All news topics shouldn't be in the "posts since last" visit anymore.
I hope this makes things easier ![]() _________________ Heavier-than-air flying machines are impossible. - Lord Kelvin, 1892 |

Are you sure? The news topic "SFS News: Satellite on-board signal processing helps create" just appeared at the top of the list.

Campbelp2002, do you mean the list on the left of the index page, called "recent active forum topics"?

Yes, the list on the left of the index page, called "Recent Active Forum Topics". It is Just below the "Upcoming Events" section and above the "Popular Forum Topics" sections on the home page; the page you get if you just type "http://spacefellowship.com" in your browser Address window.

you're correct on the front page they are still listed, I was reffering to the page:
http://spacefellowship.com/Forum/search ... d=newposts That one is fixed, still have to do the main page one. _________________ Heavier-than-air flying machines are impossible. - Lord Kelvin, 1892 |

Hello, Sigurd,
with the SFS News no longer displayed - what I appreciate - the other Latest News-threads also no longer are displayed which is or might be a pity. What about solving htis via a separate list of non-SFS News-threads or a separate list of favourite or most recent Latest News-threads? Dipl.-Volkswirt (bdvb) Augustin (Political Economist) |
