With the recent problem one of their astonauts had with a tear in one of their gloves during an EVA to assemble the ISS it seems NASA has decided to put a bit more effort into the glove challenge and get things going.

Its interesting to note the damage caused by existing gloves to astronaut's hands, you would have thought they would have been better designed than at present.

Someone has actually won the $200k first prize by designing a better glove.
