Could you use UFO technology to win the X-prize? If so I know a guy who knows how to get to one. For ten million dollars we would be willing to be a team if you guys can help with the technology required to get it on the ground. =This is not a joke check out the site http://lookingforufocontact.tripod.com

I agree with TerraMrs, stop it... or face the consequences.
If you really... really... think.. you're right.. show us... proof it.. and than we'll talk again.

Hoi, He could sell it to Blue Nebula Enterprises.

However if it is CIA tech then you cannot use in the competetion.

If it is alien tech  then you have to prove the aliens who developed it did so without their government funding it. Which will be hard cuz all aliens are communists http://www.rael.org so all their stuff is state hardware.

Basically, to answer your question, you cannot enter UFO tech in the X Prize, you have to develop the hardware yourself.

You shouldn't be so dismissive of other people. My mate down the pub has a collection of weird transparent vessels containing an unknown liquid. When consumed, this liquid shatters all the known parameters of space and time and often transports you to a small white room that you cannot escape from. The beings running this facility must be experimenting on us as you often have no memory of events, dizziness and extreme nausea. :D

 Dammit man! I told you not to talk about my secret recipe! That's my special family moonshine!

...and I told you to make friends with the cops so they'll let you out of the little white room...
