Do you think that you might compete for NASA's Suborbital Payload Challenge?
I havent seen many details on it since it was announced at the same time as the lunar lander prize but it seems a large reusable sounding rocket could be used. Here's an interesting article about various teams working on ballon craft. A lot of it is a bit dated but it still gives an insight into what people are doing.
