It's simply that I was missing sufficient oversight earlier this year. An alternative to MOVEs would be threads or the like containing links to other section - but I am not that sure if this would keep oversight sufficiently.
I am not about to create new stickies now - but I want to add that by a sticky or an additional post to at least one of the existing stickies regarding the Technology section and an EDIT of the initial post of that sticky the governmental technology-projects could be listed seperately from the others - it wouldn't be a contents-list then but the structure of that dimension. the threads about governmental projects could be found easier that way than currently. The idea is a result of my thinking at the job and my method I organize my archive by - it enables very quick search under several different aspects. I think the section (maybe just one of those little checkboxes) would work out better -- less coding involved, since you don't need a trackback to the original article. The new news system will handle it all.. just give me time to develop it ![]() _________________ Heavier-than-air flying machines are impossible. - Lord Kelvin, 1892 |

I already used the new sections to move some threads from The Spaceflight Cafe to some of them - to improve oversight about The Spaceflight Cafe.
But what about a Missions section and a Scfi-Fi section? Dipl.-Volkswirt (bdvb) Augustin (Political Economist) |

Thanks ![]() Ekkehard Augustin wrote: But what about a Missions section and a Scfi-Fi section? HUmm, I think "missions" only forum, would overlap.. a lot with the governments forums, company forums or technology, Financial, Public Perception etc etc.. Myself.. I'm currently unable to name 1 mission unrelated to others. But if you're able to say a few.. who're popular, it's really no problem to add such a forum. A Science Fiction forum... humm doesn't that belong to entertainment ? http://www.spacefellowship.com/Forum/viewforum.php?f=33 If science fiction only, would become popular.. I guess also a forum related to that is welcome. _________________ Heavier-than-air flying machines are impossible. - Lord Kelvin, 1892 |
