Does anyone know what ever happened to HR 5382... The Commercial Space Launch Amendments Act of 2004...
I know that it was passed by the House and Senate. But for it to be enacted, it requires the signature of our dearest president and I can't find any record of him signing the act. I looked around on the FAA site and saw no mention of it whatsoever and you would think that they would incorporate it if it had been enacted... This was the only thing I found... that the bill was last seen on the President's desk but was not signed yet. This was from a while ago though. Anyone know of any way to figure out what happened here? BY THE WAY: The reason I'm asking is because I have to do a presentation for the honors college on Ethics in the Space Community. If ANYONE has ANY ideas, PLEASE SEND THEM MY WAY!!! PM me or leave them here or email them to cmm0123@yahoo.com with the title "Space Ethics" Any help is MUCH appreciated, thanks!! _________________ University of Central Florida Industrial Engineering Dept. Tell me more about this presentation. Need to know what kinds of ideas you're looking for, and when you need them.
