What about adjusting technologies to Titan?

The atmosphere of Titan is the only extraterrestrial atmosphere similar to ours by far. So what about adjsuting existing technolgies, technologies discussed here at the board, to the titanian environment?

1. At Earth air-breathing engines are in use. At Titan methane-breathing engine could do their work while the oxygen could be carried from Earth or from broken carbondioxyde. Such a methan-beathing engine could be used within the jovian atmosphere too - within each methan-containing atmosphere.

Is that possible from the view of engineers? There is one at least one XPRIZE-team using methane as propellant as far as I remember this moment. So this would be an interesting chance for this team perhaps.

2. Huygens has used a nuclear power source but the seem to be winds at Titan. What about using these winds as a power source for probes that land on Titan? The atmosphere is thicker than the earthian atmosphere and the probe doesn't consume that amount of energy that humans and their machines here at Earth do. Nanotechnology could provide small wind energy engines in the near-by future I suppose.

3. Once the ballute-technology is ready and has proved to be working it would be possible to land at Titan like SpaceShipOne has landed - by gliding and horizontal. Should it land by skids, like a water-landing plane or another horizonal method?

4. What about rovers? They could use spikes at the wheels.

What about such extensions of other threads and their topics? ...

I don't know about the wisdom of landing in liquid Methane. However, since Methan and Oxygen liquify at roughly the same Temperature, might there be lakes of LOX?

The lakes and rivers culd possible be used for a - well, technically it would be a Hydroelectric system, as methane contains Hydrogen.

Ice would be the predominant building material, even after Terraforming. Terraforming would likely take the form of releasing Oxygen into the Air and warming the moon up. At temperatures around -20c, lakes of salty ater could appear. New alagae with Antifreeze inside could Oxygenate the atmosphere, and provide a food source for fish, which would provide a food source for other creatures (such as Yeti's and Mammoths, plus Malamutes and Huskys. Oh, and Walrus's.). We'd probably aim for a temperature around 1c in the equator, warm enough for small seas without melting the entire moon.
