It maybe possible to harvest this to be used in some of the more exotic ideas of space propulsion which would be interesting and fun but can anybody think of a reason for keeping the layer intact after all it wasn't until after people started getting bad sun burn that we thought the ozone layer was useful _________________ Someone has to tilt at windmills. So that we know what to do when the real giants come!!!! |

That depends on the amount of antimatter available, doesn't it? The amount Pamela found the last 5 years isn't going to help you get anywhere.

Will be just another hazard. Mostly from the radiation released from a collision with an occasional anti-proton. Micrometeors and hard radiation are a bigger threat.
