Right now all we need to do is notify the FAA atleast 24hr. before the balloon launch. The Launch site for the Near Space Expedition Is Butler, Texas about 50 miles from here. The launch site for Promethean I is in Elgin, Texas and has a waver to 25,000ft so thats already ready.
