Team Prometheus making site location progress

We made progress today! The Office of the Governor for the State of Texas phoned me today. (Department of Aerospace) and informed me that I needed to contact the State Parks and Wildlife commision about our launch site so I did. After a lengthy conversation I was informed to contact the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to optain their permission to use the facillity on Matagorda Island. I left a message there because it was near 5:00pm. Ask the force to be with us, this is a huge step for our team.
