Jon wrote a new blog post, on the general state of the company and all the various projects.
http://masten-space.com/blog/?p=146 He hasn't posted for a while, so it's over 5300 words. Do you guys prefer shorter, more frequent posts, or the monthly omnibus post? |

It's great to now get a detailed update, because so much has changed since the last update, but I tend to keep checking your website daily. Awesome update there!
Just out of curiosity you guys say you have switched from copper chambers to another alloy, any chance of knowing what your new chambers are machined from? Iain ------------------------- http://kiwi2space.blogspot.com |

It's another copper alloy, I'm not sure which one. It's a tradeoff between thermal behavior and machinability; there are a variety of alloys that can be made to work.
A significant part of it is just whether your machine shop will work with whatever alloy. Some will simply say that it's not worth the hassle to work on some alloys. |
