Given the enormous amount of output you produce, it seems exceedingly unlikely that not one of your ideas would ever be studied by someone else as well...

The EELVs are NOT a good choice for manned launch.

Handy set of articles.

A clean sheet booster would be cheaper and more effective than anything, but ends up firing people.
