Xprize website link (press wrong url) problem?

I clicked a link from an other website to the xprize... and to my suprize I came on the Press Room & Info page..

On the other point I am a web designer and I can't for the life of me figure out why the message board is only accessible from the front page. All the other pages are inter-accessible.
