 JPA on the Discovery Channel Posted on: Fri Sep 12, 2008 12:14 amHi everybody. Tune into the Discovery Channel tomorrow, (Friday, Sept 12th at 10pm. It's the "Project Earth" series, "Orbital Power Plant" Episode. We flew two missions that carried a solar power experiments. The experiments we built scanned the sun and tested various solar panel methods.
We also carried a bunch of HD cameras to 107,000 feet. The footage is stunning. Let me know what you think! JP www.jpaerospace.com |
