I'm sorry, but that article was rather poorly translated... the American Kennel Club is planning to do what?
Seriously, though, Aerospace Systems has been trying unsuccessfully to launch a weather control satellite for the past three years. A year ago they promised to fund a $5 billion Mars mission propelled by a solar sail. Now they want to fly 5000 passengers using an ATO knockoff. Not a Russian copy but definitely competition. Global Aerospace Corperation based in California have designed a balloon platform for use on Mars, does JP have any similar asperations or project?
