Our 100th mission, Away 38 will be lifting off at 7:30am tomorrow morning. In addition to the base systems it's carrying three high def video cameras, one convention video camera, three still cameras, about 30 student experiments, Two small rockets with motor heaters and launch control/monitoring systems.
It's main purpose is to flight qualify a set of new GPS antenna filters and a upgrade to the command/control system for the Tandem airship. John JP Aerospace www.jpaerospace.com |

For those that don't know our "Away missions" are high altitude balloon flights to about 100,000 feet.
