According to this news release it's scheduled to carry a payload to suborbital space near the end of this month:

I always thought that Armadillo ended operations prematurely after essentially reaching the Karman line for space with their 94 to 95 km high flight of the Stig rocket.

They could have gotten funding and revenues for launches to suborbital space. Then with staging multiple copies of the suborbital rocket, you can get a fully orbital rocket, with orders of magnitude increase in revenues.
