Rutan fails...Armadillo could win

Not that I have anything against Rutan, I do hope something like that happens, Armadillo is my favorite team. I keep hoping that they've been working on that 1600 gallon tank vehicle, have it nearly done and have just decided not to tell anyone untill it's first flight. Which if it happened today and it's in tomorrows update, would be the coolest thing in X-prize stuff in my opinion. I also don't like to think of them as the underdog, prior to the unveiling of the completed SS1 I really thought Armadillo was in the lead.

I'm kinda with TJ, I really do hope that Carmack pulls it off somehow. They are my favorite team as well . They're coming along pretty good so far but Scaled is in the lead, but does anyone remember when they said they'd go for the first flight?

Also, though, I think Carmack has enough money to be able to pull it off himself even Armadillo doesn't win the 10mil. To me, the SS1 seems to be the most likely one to win, but it doesn't seem to be a very feasible craft; another post said that it only had a minute of burn, whereas the Armadillo has 33min.
