 In Las Vegas Posted on: Wed Jul 19, 2006 1:06 amCome by the Space-Shot.com booth at the NewSpace conference in Las Vegas at the Flamingo Hotel 7/19-23 and register for a free play, or try it right away and receive a personal how-to lesson and a free play on the spot. We will be next to the Rocketplane booth, the space fashion competition booth that Rocketplane is sponsoring and a fourth booth for our adventure travel partners.
SpaceShot, Inc. CEO Sam Dinkin will be presenting two journalism awards he sponsored. One is the Second Annual Space Journalism Award for the best article in January-September of 2005. The judges are Clark Lindsey, Jeff Foust and last year's winner, Eli Kintisch. The other award is for the best breaking news reporting judged by the Board of the Space Frontier Foundation. The latter award will be to Alan Boyle. The prize for both awards is $1000. |
