Are these possible topics for a WTN XPRIZE?

Solutions for

a) problems of beaming electricity from space to the earthian surface to be resolved - claimed dangers of microwaves beaming the energy down to Earth (hurting birds and other animals as well as humans, disturbances of the functionalities of airplanes, impacts on the weather), the weather as obstacle,

b) the removal and the prevention of dimming particles as well as warming gases,

c) life support systems based on the interesting article in space.com titled "Life-Swapping Scenarios for Earth and Mars" ( http://www.space.com/scienceastronomy/m ... 41213.html ),

d) "hurting" martian (or titanian, europian...) life by probes and rovers etc.,

e) establishing environment poluting industries in the orbit or at the moon,

f) wings of spacecrafts

g) improved storages for electricity or alternative storage technologies.
