We're atleast on the 5th place of the most developed countries in the world, US only on the 6th place below us (UN report) 
Of course we understand that even the US created internet.. that it's too slow over there for most people.. to be up to date it isn't as in belgium.; with telenet with cheap internet with 10Mbps
