Reminds me an old dream of mine too...
Of course technology and propellant is changing and things look more feasible today. His rocket looks good but might be underpowered: Comparing this with other rocketry going straight up from the ground and using higher energy fuel, it looks small. The option to jump with his own parachute ( like Gagarin in 1961) means additional safety without much weight. No updates since may ? Maybe he's just building the stuff. |

he's not going in space. I believe his planned apogee is 32 miles. That's still pretty impressive.
