I wonder about the costs and time required to build additional crafts as ordered from Virgin Galactic and potentially other customers. I would say they at least have some room for "serial production procedures", to minimize needed time and costs *in case* they are capable of implementing these procedures as they have been all the time the "X-Craft Company". Euhm, they intend to built, what?, 7 or 8 ships for Virgin and 0 for anyone else? Serial production doesn't come into play with those numbers. Besides, Scaled isn't a factory like the average autombile factory around the world. It simply isn't needed. And the investment for real serial production is extremely high. I mean, look at that third video. There is absolutely nothing they can produce in series. A ferrar production line is more serialized. (with an s or z??) |

Most here would probably say z, but s is also permissible, at least here in Europe ;)
