Does NASA have any intention of sending a rover to either of Mars moons? I remember reading that the moons of mars would make for a fantastic observation platform for Mars and possibly be a first-stop in a manned mission to Mars.

I guess no-one knows yet, Pres. Bush his plans, still have to be figured out how to do every detail, but I think they will go from the moon directly to mars without an other temporary stop.
