Internships are an excellent way to invest your summer.

It was a dead heat between smoke pot and break into scaled, but I chose Scaled, and here's why. I used to smoke pot all day. When I did, I would try to convince everybody in earshot that they should too. Now that I don't anymore, I realize that it doesn't help ME any if YOU smoke pot, because you'd be the one smoking it and not me. Unless you wanted to share. But then I would have to share with you too, sometimes. So the disadvantages cancel out the advantages.

I voted for the well paid factory job. The reason? Hard work is good for the soul and will pay for you to do your PPL on your weekends off which is what I am going to do. Its not space but its part way up...

McD sounds like the most resonable option, work ethics always come handy...

Almost done with your junior year? Any idea where you're applying to school?
I've been accepted to Riddle, GA Tech, FL Tech, UCF, UF, and Stetson... Riddle is still definitely first choice but UCF is a close second simply for the reason that I would be MAKING $7000 a year by going there PS- I voted for getting an internship... As for myself, I'm going to stop by ZeroG headquarters (about 20 minutes from here) and see if they need a cute secretary hehehe _________________ University of Central Florida Industrial Engineering Dept. Hrm.... Well, while Cathleen's trying to get hired on looks (just go to UCF and you won't need to get hired at all), I still firmly believe that your best option would be to break into Rutan's computer, steal his plans, and then figure out one small arcane point that desperately needs improvement. Then you're sure to have a job -- either making SS2, or making license plates..... Not quite sure which.

Hey, I use whatever resources I have
As for your suggestion though, I would say he would probably end up doing the latter... _________________ University of Central Florida Industrial Engineering Dept. Class of 2010 UCF-LM CWEP Intern Lockheed Martin Orlando Missiles & Fire Control |

When you get the SS2 plans, post them here. I really don't want to wait for Rutan to go public!

ahaha. i feel insulted by the implication that i would not have sufficient suggestions for improvement to earn a job on ss2 instead of license plates. as a proud member of the alt.space community, i am sure that i can improve on the designs of a measly engineering god like burt rutan.
