What about improvement-prizes?
At this board several times improvements have been discussed. The XPRIZE is won now and there will be the XPRIZE CUPs beginning in 2006 - but this is a competion for altitudes, number of passengers and fastest times and not for improvements in general. So what about a prize for that team that achieves the largest amount of improvements after the first repetition of a flight to at least 100 km? Such a prize can be donated by less then 1 million dollars. It can be derived from the XPRIZE and the XPRIZE CUP but because of these competition nobody should claim the Foundation to set such a prize. Dipl.-Volkswirt (bdvb) Augustin (Political Economist) |

I like it. --Ralph _________________ --Ralph Roberts CEO, Creativity, Inc. author of THE HUNDRED ACRE SPACESHIP http://1vid.com |
